Stake Activity Expense Reimbursement

Thank you for your support and assistance in making our Stake activities so successful!

Please follow these steps promptly after an approved activity to receive reimbursement for any approved purchases you made related to the activity.

Requesting Reimbursement – Stake Members

  1. Fill out a Lehi Stake Reimbursement form. This can be filled out and saved on a computer.

  2. Take pictures or scans of your receipts.

  3. Email the filled-out form and receipt images to the Stake Organization President (YM, YW, Primary, Relief Society, Sunday School, etc.) for review and approval.

    1. High Councilors should send these files to the Stake Finance Clerk and the Stake Presidency member they report to, who will review and approve the expense.
  4. Setup your Expense Reimbursement Account if you haven’t already.

    1. You will need your desired bank account number and the bank's routing number to complete these instructions unless you have already set up your Donation Account. If you have set up a Donation account already and want to use the same account for Expense Reimbursement, you click Add Reimbursement Account and select the same account already available and save the change.
    2. To enter a different account or if you don’t have a Donation account:
      1. Sign in to your account on donations.churchofjesuschrist.org
      2. From the Donations menu on the left side of the screen, choose Settings.
      3. Scroll down to the Expense Reimbursement Account box and select Add Reimbursement Account.
      4. Add your preferred bank account type, routing number, and account number.
      5. Authorize the change and click Save.

Submitting a Reimbursement Request – Stake Organization Leaders

  1. Review the reimbursement request files received from a Stake Member for accuracy and completeness.

    1. If anything is missing, please contact the person to obtain the missing information.
    2. For HC reimbursement, the Stake Presidency member will reply to the email with their approval of the expense.
  2. Login to https://lcrf.churchofjesuschrist.org/ and go to the Expense tab.

  3. Fill out the required information relative to the Reimbursement form and receipts in the Enter Expense form.

  4. Upload all appropriate forms and receipts.

    1. For each uploaded item you must click on Review and then click Accept on the right above the image if it looks good.
  5. When everything is entered and ready, click Save at the bottom of the page under the images.

  6. If there are any exceptions or changes that are needed, notify the Stake Finance Clerk.
